LinkedIn® introduces its own AI sales agents

Several members Global Club for Experts in LinkedIn® Communication visited the unpublic Sales Connect event of LinkedIn® in London and learned about the upcoming new features of the Sales Navigator Advanced premium.

Everyone’s was talking about “agentic sales.” Cute phrase. But does it actually help you sell, or just sound cool on a slide?

Here’s the part that’s real: the best sellers multiply themselves. They don’t hunt for one lead. They map the whole buying committee. And this is what LinkedIn® has decided to help them with. 

To catch the role changes faster. To choose the right door, at the right time, with the right intro. Based on system, data, and timing.

Now imagine your team had an always-on map of every key account. Not a spreadsheet. A living map that:

- connects your whole company’s relationships to that account

- tracks who moved jobs, who got promoted, who became budget owner

- nudges you when to act, and through which channel

- adapts your outreach sequence across InMail, email, and warm intros

That’s the promise we heared on Sales Connect event from Austin Gray, Global Product Marketing Lead of LinkedIn®. 

The risk is thinking the agent will sell for you. It won’t. It will only amplify the habits you already have. If your targeting is fuzzy, your messaging vague, or your follow-up lazy, the agent just helps you do the wrong things faster. And keep in mind that this is not a part of Sales Navigator Advanced yet, but it will be.
